All televisions purchased from TV City come with a 12 month warranty. As our service company we have selected Contrast Technology Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of technical service and after sales care for the consumer electronics industry.

Over 90% of consumer issues relating to new electronic products can be simply resolved over the phone.

For this reason Contrast Technology operate a helpline geared to telephone support. Through their dedicated in-house call centre they aim to quickly and efficiently overcome any setup challenges you may have. However, if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone their high speed swap facility will ensure you quickly have a replacement product delivered directly to your door.

If you require further peace of mind you can purchase an extended warranty. When you register your new television you will have the option to purchase the extended warranty.
